isn't working with my dell computer. It keeps saying the printer is offline. i downoaded the applicable sodesktop offline softwareftware.

it is probably that the option Offline is checked in your printer menu. Please odesktop offline softwarepen your printer menu, go to File, scroll down to where it says Check offline. Unchecked it. Take care.
