WIDCOMM bluetooth stack cannot pick up my SILICON WAVE usb bluetooth adaptor. I'm on Windows 7 x64.

Did you check device manager for errors?
Have you turned it on if its a laptop [FN+ another F key]
Waswidcomm bluetooth stack windows 7 it working before i.e. is this a fresh install?
Try reinstalling the driver for the bluetooth device.
